Another fan favorite from #afloweraday campaign and Winn Wellness Series. This is one of 25 floral oriented items painted for Holly's ailing brother during his lengthy hospital stay. According to Holly this one was a frustrating project, Ink and colors were not cooperating w her vision and she wanted to give up on it. but she kept at it, fulfilling her promise of a daily (digital) flower delivery as he could not have real flowers in ICU, and Holly was still trying to get home from abroad to see him. She knew her brother had some very DARK DAYs as well and wanted to give up, but he had to keep fighting. We're glad she kept at it, too, as this turned out to be a fan and family favorite.
Holly Winn Willner was born of creative roots, with professional artist and photographer father and writer, publisher mother. Both parents were also educators who always encouraged exploration and imagination. Holly was a curious child, intrigued by the process of creation, highly sensitive and empathic, yet logical and quick thinking. She has mastered many mediums, both in career and in her own business/creative endeavors. Holly is degreed in computer science, and later returned to be certified in graphic design which opened the doors to a long rewarding career in marketing, where she uses skill in visual creativity and communications.
